Capitol Floats is the place to go to decompress. The floats are amazing, the tanks are spacious, the lighting and music wonderful. The amenities are excellent - private shower, robes, necessities. The resting room afterward is full of wonderful relaxation tools like sofas, art, reading and writing. I give floats as gifts and I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely. The tanks are large like a small room with high ceilings and light. I have major depression, anxiety and PTSD. Fibromyalgia and ME/CFS. Floating is very helpful for all my medical conditions. However, only one float won't give u the full experience. It is best to go regular and long term to experience the full benefits. It is hard to fully let yourself go at first. But as you go more often you should really have a great time. In many ways very beneficial. I have been a member since they opene a few years back. Now i buy the most floats i can every year to brnefit on member float discount. Enjoy😉
