I was looking to replace our current furnace and a/c system. I called QPH and the next day Travis was in touch with me and we set a time that was convenient for me to start the quote process. Once Travis came and looked at what the job was going to require, within two days I had a quote that was very fair and competitive. I called Travis and we set up an install date that was only a week from our conversation. Mike and Kegan came and were professional and courteous during the install process. Before starting they made sure I did not have any unanswered questions. They did quality work and were excellent at job cleanup after they were done. Great work guys. We were in a bind on this Sunday evening! No other ‘emergency service’ could come out. When I called QPH, I got Cory. He was kind and friendly, especially for a Sunday evening. I told Cory the issue and he said they could absolutely come out tonight. He contacted another service expert, Mike, and they got here speedily! They were professional and expert at their work - got right to it! Cory and Mike took great care with our home and were so friendly with my husband, me and our dog. We knew what the issues were as they tackled them. They fixed the issues, honored the quote and made our evening a thousand times better! No more blocked toilets or drain pipes! We will now work only with QPH after Cory and Mike’s service. You can depend on these guys! Call them and hire them asap!

Excellent service from Manager Sam and technicians Nate and Nathan. We have a unique all electric home, so Sam recommended installation of a ducted central A/C system. Nate and Nathan ran ducting and installed the system in short order. Very professional and attentive to our wishes.
