place looks clean no doubt BUT its horrible here. Expect to fight with your neighbors over parking! Parking here is crazy theirs never parking, people park in the handy cap parking when they are not even supposed too. When your in the restroom you could here the person next door too you. SO if there in the process of passing a bowel movement you will here them. You will here your neighbors fight, scream, laugh, & boyfriends throwing/ slamming the girl against the wall. Along with there loud music and even here them having sexual intercourse. These apartments lack sound proof there made cheap. Roaches, doesn't matter if your a clean person WHY because if you have a filthy neighbors who dont clean and keep up with chores their nasty roaches will go to your apartment. As for the children they are ok kids will be kids i was out with my children at the play ground and some of these young girls JR High maybe talk very degrading to each other, B***s and H**s singing gangster music because there parents will be blasting there gang music (side A part) you will have your daughter or son pick up their filthy language. The manager doesn't do crap if you call for Maintenance you will get a FEE charged to you its happen to everyone here, when there has been maintenance done in their apartment. CATS !!! this place is infested with cats !! CATS are every where!!! Animal Control needs to sweep this place up. They vandalize the vehicles with there annoying long Nails. ***Control Parking OLGA audit if you have too. There are way to many EXTRA cars here taking up space. PS everyone When you get your apartment get a walk threw and watch out for Black MOLD. Previous tenet was filthy and Black MOLD return and has been an issue especially with an asthmatic bronchitis child, I cant have that in my place. Hope this review helps.
