Why isn’t there an option to talk to a representative. Why hasn’t my package arrived when it said delivered. I never had an issue with with mail delivery this bad. I wonder why USPS of Dinuba has a one star review?

Michael. First if the item you ordered offered free shipping? And you took that option. You have a company that handles those items. In order to clear their systems of delivery they prescan items and show delivered. What they then do is a Drop Shipment to the direct post office for your town. This includes items from ups, DHL, any kind of merchandise you did online with Free Shipping. It is brought by the shipper on pallets to the station. With hundreds of other large and small packages. They must be broken down and manually processed to each carriers route. And that takes time. I hope this helps.

I ordered items on ebay and tracking showed the items delivered but the packages were not in the mailbox which requires a key to open. the recommendation was to check with the post office.

I had a package that I supposedly got on the 28 of last month and I never got it how can I see or have it sent back to by remail...it was a football game jersey I paid for through eBay...

Ebay has Ebay money back guarantee. Go on to your purchases there should be an option that say more... click on it and it has an option that says, item hadn't arrived.
