Good afternoon my people. Well I want to warn you to be careful. I didn't buy a house much with Perla Herrera, and later I realized that the house had many defects. PERLA'S OFFICE PAYS HOME INSPECTORS SO THEY DO NOT POINT OUT MAJOR DAMAGE AND SO THE BUYER IS ENCOURAGED TO BUY THE HOUSE THINKING THAT EVERYTHING IS WELL. ALSO IN MY CASE THEY WERE THE SELLERS OF THE HOUSE AND BUYERS, WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF NEVADA... BECAUSE THE BUYING AGENT IS NOT ADVOCATING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST PRICE BUT NOT JUST SELL THE PROPERTY. THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU OF LEGAL PAPERS. I HAVE EVIDENCE OF DUAL AGENCY WITHOUT DISCLOSURE ALSO THAT THEY ARE PAID INSPECTORS PENDING LEGAL LAWSUIT. BE VERY CAREFUL
