They don't even answer the phone. They took themselves out of the running. This place is pathetic

Wish it had more fan than the ac cause the room is kinda big and the ac takes awhile and the room as a smell to it

I tried reserving a room over the phone due to my brother's apartment being flooded out due to record rainfall and the manager would not take a credit card over the phone. The ambiguous reason given was because they've had problems before. I'm not sure is this is "corporate" policy but this is one business I'll never support in my life.
