Pretty basic hotel, big enough and clean enough that I didn't redo the bed with my own bedding and it was pretty quiet for the location.

Really gross. I was literally gagging taking a shower because it was that nasty. I will not ever be staying here again. (The suites seemed cleaner but I just had a regular room that was super gross). Bed was kinda comfy but bugs were found in the bathroom, nothing looked wiped down and just not very clean. Stay elsewhere- that is my recommendation.

Gnats in the room. Bed bugs in bed. Filthy bathroom with a shower curtain I would destroy…it was filthy. Pool was empty except for a foot of sludge in the deep end. Breakfast was so nasty and nowhere to get ice but from the office…ring the bell and you get a chipped amount. WE WILL NEVER GO TO THIS MOTEL AGAIN. These are the feelings of all 23 people from our group that stayed one night but never again. Don’t waste your money🤑

0/10 would recommend this hotel. We have stayed at the Cottonwood Inn several times over the past few years, but the experience we had over the weekend was horrific. Our ground level room was INFESTED with bed bugs. We called management in and he tried to convince us that they were not bed bugs. Unfortunately I have to deal with bed bugs in my line of work, so I have experience and I am confident they were bed bugs. The manager finally moved us to another room, and the second room was no better than the first. There was a bed bug, and bug feces on one of the pillows, not to mention the other dead bugs all over the room. I saw their cleaning protocol the next morning and I witnessed them doing a very surface cleaning (vacuum, make beds, straighten up). This is a concern especially with Covid-19. This used to be a great place to stay, but they have lowered their standards for cleanliness under new management. We will not be returning again.

I believe it was. I think you have to declare your pets when you check in. Might be a $50 deposit but i am not sure.
