Literally no sense of urgency at all. I waited 45 minutes for my prescriptions only for them to tell me that they didn’t have both of them and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to process the prescription that they couldn’t fine after i told them it was faxed in. Never going back..the fact that i figured out where my prescription was and the assistants couldn’t even do it is ridiculous

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but, since I moved to this neighborhood and changed pharmacies, it has been one thing after another. It’s always an exceptionally long wait because they never fill it ahead of time. Sometimes they flatly ignore you until a line forms. Sometimes they claim the doctor didn’t call a med in. Sometimes the med isn’t available. On a more serious occasion they printed the wrong instructions on my medication label. I reported the label mishap to them and they didn’t blink. Not a big deal apparently. Going back to my old neighborhood save-on.
