I recently had an appointment at Target to activate my elderly aunt's Consumer Cellular phone with a young man named Caden. He was outstanding! Very patient and understanding. He went out of his way to help me. Target is very lucky to have an employee like him, and so are the Target customers that live in the Boise area :-D.

I went to target today looking for some summer clothes, and had a horrible experience. While in the dressing room, I had my friend go grab a different size of a top that I really liked. When I was sitting in the dressing room, an employee came in the room and asked what I was doing just sitting there. I explained that my friend was just grabbing me a different size, and then I was told that I needed to leave and get out of the dressing room. I was so upset that I left the store without buying anything. Horrible experience

Amazing staff and guest service. I spoke with a young gentlemen named Don and he did an amazing job helping me find pillows I was searching for even though he was in the middle of doing an online order. I appreciate his determination to find the right item for me and do it in a timely matter. I also appreciate the quick and fast checkout times and guest service in the front. Wonderful team at an beautiful Target!
