That's funny. The petite section so small because more can fit in a smaller space.

Yes they do. You'd have to call the store to see if they carry that product or not. You could aways see if Macy's has it online. I do believe cosmetics ship for free.

Maybe a cut back on staff as well, it took me about 20 minutes of standing there before I had to go on a manhunt for help.

There is a return policy that should be on the back of your receipt. Most returns by mail and in stores within 90 days of purchase.
