Customer service is nonexistent. Everywhere I went on the store, the employees were all looking at their phones or just standing in groups chatting while looking at you out of the corner of their eye, probably hoping that customers don't talk to them. I was looking for a simple pair of shorts that weren't athletic or golf shorts. I was just told "that's where they should be." When the should have helped me find some. I really try to come here over walmart but at least I can find what I'm looking for at walmart and customer service is actually much better surprisingly.

The girl here Kalli was extremely helpful. I was looking for a certain throw pillow that I’ve been searching for. She went to the backroom to get it for me!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU again to Cathy & her team at the customer service desk. You were all so busy and still seemed cool, calm, and collected. Cathy is a beautiful human inside and out and I can't express how grateful I am that she took the time out to help me out with my weird situation and getting things squared away. Everyone though was incredible and so nice, and even though it was crazy busy when I went in there, it was clear that everyone was working together to keep things moving smoothly. I don't like to be a pain and even though my return was kind of a weird situation and took a minute during a time when there didn't seem to be any spare minutes, I was never made to feel like a burden. The team here is great and I hope they feel appreciated because they definitely are!
