I first visited emissions on Glenwood where they had a line but NO ONE doing a test, then went to one on Chinden where I waited 10 minutes and no one came. Finally came over here and was immediately helped. Quick, efficient, straight-forward and helpful.

Nice guy. Painless experience. To the gal with the 1 star review complaining about being charged $4.50 instead …Jaime, thank you for taking the time to reach out & post a nice review. We try hard to remain professional, courteous, helpful...even patient towards those who seem to be inveterate complainers (you'd be surprised how many people "blame" us because of the EPA mandated auto emission test...especially the worst polluters who fail test and have to "clean up their act"). Every day is a learning experience interacting with every possible personality type. Its taught me to be more patient & understanding myself when I get frustrated towards other public workers just trying to do their job. We don't expect to be complimented for just doing our job...but it sure is nice when it happens:)
