A lot of customers getting confused about this so I am happy to clarify. I'm usually working outside on the automotive vehicles unless of a scheduled emergency call. So though not necisarry, we do encourage that our customers should make an appointment beforehand. Because you will be served the best. If you walk in, we will notify the waiting time. It does depend on the quantity of customers at that time. But we will try our best to serve you. As you know theres a lot of concetration that goes into working on each and everyone's vehicle. I can only service one car at a time. Thus, its always best to call ahead to make sure you will have that time slot dediated to you when you arrive. Otherwise its first come,first serve with appointments being honored first. I'm locking my shop when I'm outside working on a vehicle so always call the office if you notice the shop locked as I am likely outside working on a vehicle.
