Beware of this place! A chain that forwards calls to unknown locksmiths which charge obscene amounts. I was forwarded to a woman who I could not understand who had no desire to listen to the car key I was hoping to have duplicated who said, “Our technician will arrive and then tell you what the key costs, probably $100-$300.” She then demanded my address even after I said I was not interested in this service to my doorstep. What?! I’ve called around and it’s $90 tops for the key I need from kind and courteous local professionals. I informed the unintelligible woman that I was looking to bring a simple transponder key in for duplication. She again demanded my address and began angrily informing me about her technician. I said no thanks and hung up. They then called me back to get my address again! Avoid this scary place like the plague! RUN!!! Support local trustworthy shops that don’t prey on people’s lack of knowledge or fear.
