This place routinely forgets items like a fry/potato/sauce/etc. Mixed with the fact that you have to wait 15+ min every time even when only a few cars are present and you probably the worst Wendy’s and employees I’ve been too. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I got cold stale chicken nuggets, a.strawberry lemonade that tasted sour and had the consistency of jelly, and a crusty baked potato with no utensils. After waiting over 30 minutes in line, this is unacceptable. I don't like to complain but this is ridiculous

The food was cold the sauce looked like they wiped the condensation off the bottle on my burger, barely a drop. How can you call it spicy honey without spicy honey?Fast food anymore is not worth the money. The order was correct, however.

Haven't been to Wendy's in a long time. Very impressed by the quality of both Service (management and staff team) and the food at this location in Middletown Ohio. Restaurant is clean and well organized. The food was presented well on the tray with friendly service. Great taste and quality food the price paid and being a fast food establishment.
