“ Is it me? Am I the drama?!” Visited this lovely location around 8:30ish and usually everyone is so friendly, NOT TODAY! One staff member was assisting another customer she & the customer starred at me for a good 45 seconds, no hello, good morning…I woke up like this..lol. After 7-9 minutes of waiting a guy comes out the back, takes my package and tosses it to the side. I tried to explain my return and he did his best to dismiss me and help the customer behind me. Yikes…If you knew better, you’d do better. I accept your apologies 😉

I dropped a package off to ship and it wasn’t showing up in the app or browser so i call the store and the worker literally says nothing helpful and says he doesn’t know what’s happening

I regret not getting the name of the person who helped me. It was my first time ever sending a package like that and she was very helpful, making sure everything was right.I hope management sees this and know what a great person they have working for them.
