Several problems with this place: 1. Kinda rude and unprofessional staff. 2. Their posted hours on google are way off from their actual hours. Besides that, I guess they get the job done but I’d go to the one on Division instead.

How many of you can say you actually look forward to going to your UPS Store? I can! I've had a mailbox at this store for a few years now and the team behind the counter is AWESOME. Gary in particular. He handles mailboxes and printing in the store and I've watched him deal with stressful situations with grace and kindness. I was so impressed that I thought he was the owner of the store! Customer service goes a long way and it's what keeps me coming back.
