Go into "Orders" section of your Amazon account and click the yellow button to the right of your item to receive your return label, and choose "Drop off at UPS Store" as an option. When you go in, show them your label for them to print and provide a box for it to be sent in, and you're set!
Yes, i did mines couple times and all have been delivered. Just let the staff know you dropping a package.
