Staff close store before closing time then ignore you and wave you off at the door

On July 26 ,2022, I went to send a package to my brother. A black owner around 58-60 years old, has a bourgeois, ignorant and stank attitude. Why own a business and see it close down due to her ignorance and bad attitude. I told her I need a box for my items. She gave me this attitude, and said I need to see how many items you have in order to give you the right size . She taped down the box, handed me the box and told me to pack my items. Normally, the clerk would pack the items. This is second time I have encountered this old fool. I would rather go 10 miles and beyond to visit a UPS store with good customer service. What happened to the UPS motto, we will pack and ship your items? Boycott this business due to treatment from the owner and a few clerks. She will get the message and go broke. Treat people how you want to be treated.

Got there 45 minutes before closing on a Tuesday evening to drop off a package that I already had a label for- pretty sure the only task would be to accept the package being handed over. The door was locked, but I kept pulling it open because I saw a security guard and thought maybe they lock the door for safety purposes until someone comes along. But the security guard just stood there ignoring me and then an employee popped up at the door screaming at me that they were closed. A very frustrating experience- stick with FedEx as much as you can.
