Never have I ever been to this drive thru and waited less than 30 minutes to pick up my mobile order. For the prices, this is the slowest store I’ve ever been to. Any day or time you will wait at least half an hour for a beverage that’s $8. The workers just stand there talking - they’re not understaffed, they just want to be lazy. And then they’re asking for a corporate raise LOL maybe if you pick up the pace a little bit and pay attention to what you’re doing customers won’t be lined up around the building from open to close.

Consistently happens! Ordered a coffee on the app…just a plain Pike coffee, extremely simple order! App says pickup will be ready at 10:15. Get to the store at 10:15, no coffee. They’re making lots of very sophisticated drinks that take a few minutes each, and drive thru gets serviced very expediently…but as of 10:26 still no black coffee (spite telling the barista I was only waiting for a cup of black coffee), so I walk out of the store with nothing….again. Had a 10:30 appointment I couldn’t be late for….thought the 15 minute window on a cup of plain coffee would make me safe but not at New Phila Starbucks.

Dining area is still closed. Can’t even place your order inside. It’s time to reopen. Covid is over. Catch up with the rest of the country please.

They didn't have what I wanted.. but that was ok I got my normal dragon fruit refresher.. and it was AMAZING!! way better than my normal starbucks I go to.. yes I got the same thing two different ways in two hours!!
