Today I got a cold foam cascara cold brew, but I was dissapointed with the fact that it was not served over ice. For as hot as it is outside, it just was not as cold and refreshing as I expected. Is that how it is supposed to be served?

You have to let them know how you want your drink made. You can get extra of anything just have to tell them and yes any extras do cost. If you have the app downloaded you will see everything they offer in your area.

No ice unless you ask

They usually do come with ice, yes. That is unusual. Unless one was ordered without ice and the orders were confused.

It's not served with ice. I'm sure it can be requested.

Ive had it a few times and never over ice as well.

The last one (and only one I've ever had) was not over ice either.
