Barely busy, waited 15 mins for the server to come to our table and ask about drinks. Brought drinks about 12 mins later. I observe.. lol. The Waiter stood and talked to co worker for 5 mins after He asked about drinks, laughing and showing eachother something on their phones. Finally the drinks came and they were the wrong drinks lol. Finally, after we get our drinks, it’s food time. Took our orders and didn’t put them in the system. Went directly to his buddy again to talk and gossip lol. Didn’t even go near the POS system. Finally after a few mins he went and put our order in. 32 mins later our food came out.. steak was raw. 🥹 Waiters name was Isaiah. :(

Our lunch overall was delicious. Our waitress, Kristy was very attentive. We did not have to wait for a table or to be served. My husband's Clubhouse sandwich and huge amount of fries were delicious. My Grilled chicken was good except for the last 1 1/2" which was burnt. The broccoli and rice was awesome. When they say brownie bite, they mean 1 tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with 2 spoonful of brownie. Tiny and delicious.

Boy has this place took a dump. Mother in law had steak with baked potato the baked potato was ice cold and the steak had no flavor. I had the bourbon street chicken over cooked. Their serving size is tiny for 2 for 24 dollars. Are waiter was rude with us. I'll never go back for awhile overpriced poor service. I guess from now on it's Texas Roadhouse.

Waitress was rude. The food was over cooked. The onion rings was extremely over cooked I think if they would of hit the floor they would of shattered into a million pieces. The chicken was so dry and tough I did not even take it home to my fur babies
