OK now, now ... is this the Dunkin Donuts location with the the Manager with the naturally grown super cool silver highlights ?!!??? Well ... this is the Dunkin Donuts location I am posting the 5 Stars for .. it's next to the car tire mechanic place in the detached corner, closest to the traffic light ... you know the one with TJ MAXX ... ROSS and that Super Cool Breakfast Place with real homemade bacon and eggs ... THIS IS THE DUNCAN DONUTS location I am talking about ... at the corner of Indiantown Road and US 1 in Jupiter, FL. Well ... I didn't know you make "Black Licorice Donuts" candy tasting Donuts ... and they really do taste like the candy !!! Pretty fun and awesome ... candy flavored Donuts, who'd a thunk ?!!??? Super cool and creative !!!

I just want to start off by saying Steve the manager is awesome! I love this location cause they always go above and beyond! So I work with door dash and I picked up my order and while on my way to customer’s home, I almost got into a car accident so of course the order was destroyed and spilled everywhere in my car. I went back to Dunkin’ Donuts and Steve literally saved me. He replaced everything for me with no hassle or problem! He was only concerned about my well being and that I was okay and made me realize the food is the least of his worries. That’s what I call customer service and a real genuine, caring person. We need more people like that in this world! Thanks again Steve you’re truly the best :)

The visit was awful from beginning to end. First they only had small or extra large cups for hot coffee. I didn't want just a splash of coffee but I certainly didn't want an extra large either. Secondly we ordered 2 orders of the mini bagels. When my husband and I got down the road we realized we only had one order. We went back and one employee along with a male employee who was walking in the door as we were leaving tried to say they pit two orders in the bag. Basically they called us liars over a couple dollars. Great customer service Dunkin! In the end we should have never turned around because though the bagels were cold they both had a weird burnt flavor to them.

1/9/22. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever received. There's a reason I don't buy Dunkin breakfast but this is beyond me. How do I get a refund? And I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this place. It's not the first time this has happened.
