Went to Pep Boys for new brakes (pads and rotors). I thought the cost was fair and it was serviced in a timely fashion. When they were done, I noticed they replaced the brake fluid as well (usually a good thing); however, I had recently changed my brake fluid and would not have wanted this done had they asked. They were apologetic and reimbursed me. This was the first time that I had non BMW/European specialist do work on my car and it worked out great! I will definitely be back. Especially want to thank Torrie for helping me out!
