Beautiful lighthouse. All the staff was very friendly great plants and trees to see and take pictures of. Lots of history to read about the light station. They recently a built pier to view the lighthouse from the water. Theres some renovations going on right now but still very nice. We had a great time.

Spectacular view. I’m 62 and the climb up the 105 steps was simple. Coming down the spiral stairs was a little more difficult simply because I’m right handed and the handrail is on the left. Definitely worth the visit.

This is a wonderful place to visit for history buffs and lighthouse fans. $12 admission gets you access to the museum, and the lighthouse itself. It's 35 steps up to the base, then 106 steps up the wrought iron spiral staircase to the top. The views and the 160-year-old Fresnel lens are worth the climb. Guided tours are informative, but not mandatory. Nice little gift shop, too.

This park is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The banyan tree is breathtaking! The trails and pier is new with beautiful views. …

Sounds like the question has been adequately answered. Anything else?
It took my husband and I about 5 min to climb(we went on a Saturday during the Summer)
There are 34 steps to the Lighthouse (up the hill) and 105 steps inside the Lighthouse.
First... I'd like to thank your husband for his service! 🇺🇸 Open to the main building with gift shop (buy tickets in there for all access) & the museum (paid entry) with free parking in the adjacent lot, but gated access (with paid admission to the lighthouse and learning centers.)
Yes, it was not that crowded and you can take a self paced tour.
If there is free access there ... just be careful of the Florida drivers, they drive badly ..👍
There are no camping facilities at Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum or Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area.
Admission Prices: $12 - Adults $10 - US Veterans and Seniors (60+) $6 - Children (6-18) Free - Children (0-5) Free - Active US Military & their immediate family (limit 6)
There is still a lot of space on the walk so I would presume so
Dogs are prohibited at Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum. They are also prohibited in Lighthouse Park (Town of Jupiter) and on the trails of the Outstanding Natural Area (Bureau of Land Management).
Yes they let groups of 7 up at a time. We went two weeks ago. I suggest getting there early. A lot to see and explore if ya love history and nature!
Yes and no the helmet should be fine but no bags
No it does not
We offer sunset and moonrise tours each month. Please check our schedule at https://www.jupiterlighthouse.org/calendar/ See you soon.
Karen, the tour is $12. It's free for kids under 5 and active military and lighthouse members. Sound good? It's a beautiful lighthouse and the guide we had was absolutely amazing. Worth the climb.
I'll be closed, but then again i am only human :)
Not creepy at all! Lovely place to visit with friends and family. A+ 5*
Admission is _$12 for adults ,$10 senior and military. But til the end of the month Military is free
Fake news. Lighthouses may fall victim to rising sea levels but are usually sited on solid ground that won't sink.
