I'm a trucker and my truck broke down off the 5 and my company put me up here. I'm really glad they chose this place out of all the ones I could of stayed in. The place is very clean from when you first walk in until you get to your room. The people all the way down to the maintenance guy were really friendly and down to earth. The rooms are perfect, and when I was walking around in the morning I noticed that they had also suites that were more than spacious to hold a family. Pillows were perfectly plush the way all motel/hotel pillows should be. One thing that really stood out for me is that I was able to hook up my roku with ease. I say this because I've been in so many places that don't have easy access to the back of the TVs for devices and I liked that. Breakfast was amazing and they definitely did not hold back on the selection. The first day I tried to eat healthy but the second day I dove into the biscuits and gravy and they taste like someone put some care and effort into making them. I did wish they had eggs available but thats only because of personal preference. What's really cool is that because of my circumstances and my truck not being readily available yet, they went above and beyond on my late check out and I really do appreciate it. All in all it was definitely a memorable experience. If y'all want a great room for the weekend... this is a perfect place to stay for a day after of exploring what Weed has to offer. I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s really bad and this stay was really bad. We wanted to switch rooms and one of the employees was agreeable to it and assigned us to another room. However, when we came back to make the switch, another employee verbalized that the manager wouldn’t let us switch rooms. She said that we can reach out to the manager via email only but we saw her talking to the manager on the phone. Why couldn’t the manager just talk to us? This was very upsetting and our concerns weren’t addressed properly.

Positive: We stayed two different nights and in two different rooms. First one was dirty and unkempt. The other one had non-working AC (actually blew hot air instead of cool air). Management refused to talk to us and did not fix the problem. I will never stay there Negative: Both room were not fully functional and uncomfortable. Management is totally useless. I will never stay there again

Positive: I enjoyed the overall appearance of the inside, very modern. Also had a pleasant experience with the staff and the amenities were convenient. Negative: Everything was fine, except for the roach babies in the bathroom. I only stayed one night and ill be staying again out of desperation and fear that if I chose a cheaper hotel out here, I¿d end up dealing with more roaches than one person can handle.
