Great location, but not the best smelling. We were in room 19. Spacious king room and comfortable bed, but it smelled like a bathroom throughout the suite. It was hard to fall asleep, the smell was so noticeable. Waterlogged wooden furniture top under the mini fridge, stained dining area chairs and a very loud window AC unit seemed to be the least of the worries with this room.

The location was perfect within walking distance to Cotter Springs Park and the beautiful White River. Very clean and comfortable room we enjoyed our breakfast at the White Sands Cafe.
