Wow the lady who answered the phone was very rude about the fact that I couldn't understand the dollar amount, she said it twice with a heavy accent and since I couldn't understand it the second time she just hung up on me. I still have to find a place to sleep for the night?

Known for being occupied by drug addicts and other shady characters. Police are there often. Used needles have been found all around the outside of the building.

If I could give this hotel is zero*or under that is exactly what would happen. I just called to see if we could rent a room. We asked if we could just go look at the room real quick to see what we are paying for before hand she proceeded to yell at us, tell us she did not have time to do that, she was not going to go show us the room and that we were either going to rent it or we work and then she continued to yell and talk over me and then we were there three different times before that without anybody in the office called to her three times before that and no answer from them at all. The sign outside shows $19.95 a night, her reply to the price is it’s $30 a night. It’s an Indian lady who speaks no English and has no manners. I would like to know how she is able to still run a business around here the way that she treats people I’m not the only one that is had this experience with that hotel she should be shut down.

Infested with roaches and rodents, and stucturally unsound. This motel is hell on earth nothing works right and utilities and cable are frequently shut off for non-payment. There are two other cheap motels in Centralia and Bell Tower Inn as well as a bed and breakfast. Look for one of these for a much better experience.
