I will never sell here again…. I took 19 pop it’s and a brand new frozen bead set and clothes with tags… and they gave me $22 I know I have the right to decide yes or no but they can’t break down the prices for you or show you what they are giving you for each item… they rip you off. I asked the girl what they gave for each pop it and she was like any where from $.97-$2/$3 well of that was the case how do you get $22 for all that you bought from me? 19 pop its! Should have been $2 for all them…. I’ll hold on my stuff and just donate it from now on.

Nothing but praise for this place. All clothing is clean and neatly organized in to rows. They have so many books and toys! We got about 20 books here and paid approximately 20 dollars. I really like their customer service also. We will be back!

Went to the Henrietta location and it was my first time there. One of the staff members was so incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. I did not know the process and rules to bringing items in and she was so mean and put off. I walked out and will never return. Completely disgusted by her attitude. What a horrible person to have as the first greeting for people

Hello! Thanks for the question! We generally buy items until about an hour before we close each day and we do have a same day process so we just ask that if you drop off, you are able to come back the same day to collect your cash and any items we are unable to purchase. We do also suggest that if you are planning on coming in later in the day that you call the store before to ensure that we are still accepting items. There are some days that we do stop buying earlier because we have hit our capacity! Thanks!!
