This location, on West Henrietta road is where I purchased my car. I had service after the sale performed at the Avon location. It was a big mistake. One of my wheels was ruined and no accountability was taken. I came back where I purchased the car and had the same great experience as when I purchased it. I’ll never go to another location.

Went in for an oil change and inspection, expected to spend perhaps an hour since I had to wait. Was informed the work would take 2 hours. The shop suggested a need to replace all four brake pads and rotors, now we are up to 4 hours! I suggest BJ Nissan provide rental vehicles for folks using your service department. One reason I will go back to Van Bortle Subaru is they charge $5/day for a rental car while service is being done. Now that you know what your competition is doing, what will you do?

We just leased one! The pro pilot assist is great for long drive but it struggles when road lines aren't super clear. Overall comfortable ride quality but I am not a fan of how it sounds (solely because of the CVT). The hands free trunk lift function is finicky and doesn't really work (we might be doing it wrong). Fuel economy is good averaging at about 30 mpg. I however strongly dislike how at our trim level, autodiming side mirrors are not available. Headlight glare from them at night is blinding and I am disappointed that it doesn't come standard. Heated mirrors came before autodiming (absurd in my mind). We do really like the car and it handles well for its size. Hope this was helpful!
