Yes we do! We also offer courtesy shuttles that can bring to and from work or home.
Does everyone know that we offer new and pre-owned vehicles?
Have you been in contact with them? Every time I have ever gone I have left a happy customer with no issues. I would definitely suggest calling them and going back. The issue might be stemming from somewhere else but ultimately affecting the same problem. Wish you the best luck.

When does your service desk go on lunch because every time I call I always get sent to voicemail. I understand when plans for repairs change but I would like to know when those plans change. A quick call at the end of the day would work just fine.

Generally most dealerships service desk and Parts department as well as technicians go on lunch at noon
