No I have been there three times and have had a really good experience each time
I am in the process of purchasing a used vehicle. Agreed on price and gave deposit on Tuesday, I will not be taking ownership until Monday (hopefully). Salesperson will not return my calls. Never received bill of sale until Saturday after making four requests. Personal checks over $500 not accepted; had to go to bank for certified check. When questioning time frame for financing, (the regular finance person was not in) the General Sales Manager told me they sold 50 cars on Monday and he could not help me with my financial concern because the other customers came first. If this vehicle is not ready on Monday, the deal is qoff. Business must be good because I am sure that no one cares whether I buy this car or not.
Welp.... here is my feed back.... I was sold a car and I mean it was nice... the sales man was of course... I literally drove the car down the street to get my delta sonic sticker and i notice a scratch on the side. I immediately called my dealer because I know I did not hit anything and I drove I a mile or two down the road.. I would have hoped they would take care of the scratch and instead for over 3 months I had to play hide and seek with the dealer rep. Until I got fed up and went to a supervisor and even then they just slapped some touch up paint and called it a day... Fast forward.. got into a car accident car was totaled and it has been a pain getting the reimbursement for the extended warranty. Has been past the 3 months they claimed and still waiting to get this check. Now I'm paying for a car I don't have waiting for my money back to pay off the rest of this loan.
