Have you been in contact with them? Every time I have ever gone I have left a happy customer with no issues. I would definitely suggest calling them and going back. The issue might be stemming from somewhere else but ultimately affecting the same problem. Wish you the best luck.
Contacted them multiple times. Customer care was beyond sloppy. Made sure they won't be working on my car in the future because they could not accept responsibility for their actions. Was on the verge of blowing my transmission due to them not putting fluid in it & leaving it at a very low level. As well as they couldn't take the time of putting the bolts on the transfer case(and tightening the ones that were loose).
I agree with Ashley. Vehicle repair can be difficult when the technician can't operate the vehicle for a few trips. They count on customers telling them if something isn't right or develops new problems.
