The quality of products used is better than I could have hoped for, she is very good at what she does but servicing too many clients and poor time management affects the quality of her work. This was our conversation 7mths into her being my nail tech; 3mths/3appts and conversations about errors with sizing, shaping of my nails and multiple nails lifting. *"Eli: Are u coming tomorrow? I need to squeeze a client in, pls let me know asap Me: I will be there Me: Hi. Tomorrow I would like to discuss options to so that we don't have to rush on my nails so much. They have not been turning out well the last few months with the time crunching. I plan to come in a few mins early tomorrow in the hopes of getting a head start to help with time. Thanks Eli:Hi kai there is really not much i can do time wise unless you can come in the future at 730am, thats the first apt of the day, all apt after that are on a rotation. I have too many clients for just me to do, i have been doing this rotation for a long time and never had an issues. Im sorry if you feel that way about your nails but if you are not happy with my work over the last few months, maybe you want to try it somewhere else". So needless to say, we have parted ways due to the fact that she stated she had no complaints......a lie because I complained to her and she brushed it off pretty much. The obvious reason that she can't take constructive criticism. Mind you she admitted above to having too many clients..................and the fact that she can so easily tell a client to take your money and shove it if you complain about flaws in your nails.
