I’ve ordered from this location many times. The food is ok for the most part, but delivery always takes close to 2 hours. I’ve ordered weekdays, weekends, day and night. No matter the day or time, they take a very long time to deliver. My last order came barely warm and without the security stickers.

I ordered the Spicy Pepperoni Poppers Rolls & Parm Crust Philly CheeseSteak Papadia. This is a picture of the papadia… I was extremely disappointed with it. Barely tasted like a Philly cheesesteak… as you can see it barely had meat on it.. I was okay with the wait time… but it ended up being a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Sorry but I just didn't care for the pizza. As a vegan, I have to order it without cheese and their pizza just isn't very tasty. I didn't love the crust. It would be nice to have tasty veggies like roasted red peppers banana peppers, olives, etc. They have their specialty pizzas and they don't modify them so I will order elsewhere.

I ordered a large order that i needed by 12:00. The website only allowed deliveries for 1:00. Our store ordered from this papa john's every Saturday. The person on duty called me and asked if we needed it for 12:00. Thank you so much for noticing the time and calling me to make sure we got our pizza at the correct time. I applicate the amazing customer service!
