I ordered a Detroit style deep dish, a 3 meat pizza, and a 2 liter. Everything in the order was wrong . Asked for a refund for the 2 liter since they were out, however I was told I couldn’t so the substituted with smaller bottles that didn’t equate to 2 liters.

I always get from here and have to say I'm pretty disappointed at my order today . I ordered for pick up 1 reg cheese and one deep dish cheese. And I got some crazy mini pizzas for my deep dish. Wished I'd looked at order. Don't have time to do go back now... Cuz now no one will even answer the phone. I won't be back.

Don’t ever, I repeat ever come to this place. I ordered my food online for pick up, I ended up going in because my daughter wanted to add to the order. I walked in and it reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the floors were filthy the place was just nasty, since I had already placed my order and paid I decided to just go with it. As I’m waiting in the lobby for my food, mind you a full lobby of customers one of the employees receives a phone call, she answers her phone and proceeds to walk out the door as she’s talking on the phone using profane language. I continue to wait for my order a few minutes pass she walks back in accompanied with a guy wearing sagging jeans and a wife beater and they walk straight into the area where the food is being prepared. At that point, another customer asks for a refund…I had already been there 35 minutes and truly didn’t feel like going anywhere else. The employee continues to walk around using profane language talking to the young man that walked in with her. My food is finally ready so she gets my pizza off the rack behind the register holding it sideways because she had her phone in the opposite hand. I explain to her that my online order is sitting on the shelf as well, she hands it to me, and walks off. I get home and one of the pizzas is smashed and the other pizza was sitting in a puddle of grease, that begin to spill out of the side of the box. My stuffed crazy bread sticks were undercooked as well, so after watching all that had gone on while in there, I ended up just throwing the pizza away due to fear of getting sick if I ate it. During this whole ordeal I never saw anyone wash their hands, and no one was wearing gloves. I will drive all the way to Ferrell Pkwy before I return here.

I ordered dinner new years eve for my family online a little after 5 pm. Paid for it and was wanting to pick up at 545pm. Told me they adjusted my time due to being busy which would bow be 604. I was good with that. 645 rolled around and I still had no confirmation on my order being ready...so I called the store. Was told they couldn't find order even tho I was reading directly off my confirmation email confirming my order was placed and paid for. I went to the store to show them my email and the manager said she would have to look into it. She then tried telling me the order was placed in store at 512 and they remember making it. I myself have not stepped in this store in months and also have the email stating it was placed online and time. It is now after 7pm and I'm still waiting on my online order which Consisted of pizza, crazy breads and wings. Not sure who they gave my order to but they def did not confirm it was given to the correct person and how it was paid for in store with the card I had with me..is beyond me. It's been weeks and I keep getting told someone will reach out and nothing...
