Ordered for delivery. Said my order was going to arrive between 6:20 and 6:30. 6:50 came by and I decided to call. They said that it had barely left and it would arrived for 15 more min. Literally almost 2 hours after I had placed the order. Was my first time ordering from this place and definitely will be my last.

The people are usually cool, but I've now had two experiences that are bad within about a month or two of each other . The delivery exceeded the ETA by 25 minutes, the pizza is not fully cooked but there's a ton of extra cheese on top of it that is halfway melted (more cheese ≠ better). The pizza seems to have shifted significantly during transportation because it is disfigured, sloppy, and the toppings are not sitting atop the crust. The manager was pretty cool last time when they forgot a salad, but I think I'm done with this location for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately, many food delivery services have taken a huge hit in quality since MAR2020, in my opinion.
