I am current resident of this apartment, staying past one year. Last Sunday (10/2/2022)burglary was happened in my apartment when we went outside. We lost most valuable items. I knew several similar broken happened last couple of months. But the management has not taken any security basis action. We are so upset and my wife is so fear to live in same apartment. We went to speak with Manager Suzie to request for change other apartment. But she refused and ask us to go and meet psychologist. As we are paying a good rent but still we are living with fear in same apartment. I am so frustrated. No security in this apartment. Think twice if you are planning to move to this apartment.

2nd UPDATED REVIEW (Internet Services) I'm updating my review and rating, I'm still in love with the property (please see all my comments below), the new management is responsive whenever things happen here or there. The main issue specifically for someone who works from home is the INTERNET Services, it's limited to one very poor vendor (Astound), connectivity is too bad, some secure services doesn't work properly like Google mail, Google Drive, Wi-Fi calling, ..etc Fios is not available, even 5G Home Services from Verizon is not also available. UPDATED REVIEW (Internet Service)... We have just moved in earlier this week and honestly reading some comments made me so hesitant about this decision. Nevertheless when we actually moved into the place, I could see it was exactly the right decision to be here. LOCATION:. With all such plaza's around you (walking distance) it's simply great location, nice, clean neighborhood. Amenities: Pool, Gym and the Business Center, all are very modern, in a great shape and well mentioned Apartment: The apartment was clean and ready for the move in, all minor comments we have reported to management, have been dealt with in the same day. I would really, specially thank Crystal from the property management for being so welcoming and responsive to all our requests. Crystal made it easy to make our decision, gave us multiple options and apartments, we even changed our apartment after signing the initial contract , she made the transition smooth and easy. INTERNET The Internet service in this place is unfortunately very bad, they have only one single provider from "Astound Broadband powered by enTouch" The service maximum speed is 100 MB so no option to have Xfinity or Fios, the service is so bad for working from home and specially if you are using Google service. Those were my two cents :)

We will be moving in pretty soon and the experience thus far has been great. Emily has been above and beyond with her assistance regarding every aspect of the lease signing. Shout out to Susie for her patience with me to fill out the app. I am hopeful that our short stay here will be pleasant as well.

No it hasn't changed, apparently. I was just about to rent there as well, when I took a last visit and was greeted by a man which was extremely rude and made inappropriate comments to me in the form of an insult. I will not be renting here.
