This apartment has been the worst experience ever. I have never felt so discriminated against for no reason. ANA CASTANEDA is rude and had my car towed while I am a tenant here! This lady even lied to the police knowing she was on camera and didn’t fulfill her promise on letting ALL TENANTS KNOW her made new community guidelines. I beg everyone to please don’t me here. I don’t know why this place has 3.7 stars because these apartments with their management has been nothing but hell. I don’t even write reviews and feel like my job is to warn everyone to be weary of living in these apartments if you’re under 30. Ana will harass you and abuse her power. As you can see only resident parking and registered visitors allowed to park and get my vehicle still Got towed.

the manager is polite and rude, they are bad after I leave the apartment in good condition and I pay her every month of rebate she put me in a collection for 918 dollars after a year that if I leave dirty I leave everything clean or they have wye to clean to rent And they return my deposit every time they renew it, and the contract raises the rent. I lkavrin my car, living in an apartment, paying rent for their tow truck. The worst thing, I don't recommend them. Ana the manager is very bad and racist. the manager is polite and rude, they are bad after I leave the apartment in good condition and I pay her every month of rebate she put me in a collection for 918 dollars after a year that if I leave dirty I leave everything clean or they have wye to clean to rent and they return my deposit every time they renew it, they renew it, they raise the rent, I lkavrin my car, living in an apartment, paying rent, their tow truck, the worst thing, I don't recommend them, Ana the manager is very bad and racist. I rented an apartment at this location while being employed as a Police Officer, paid rent on time and took care of the apartment as I should just thought I’d make a point of it. Upon move out I left three small items in the fridge and was charged a couple hundred dollars. I received the invoice and went to pay it, this was a couple months after I had already moved out even though it was ridiculous. I even made them sign the money order receipt. Here I am years later with no receipt because I threw it away thinking it was processed. As I checked my credit score recently I came to find out they never submitted my payment and must have lost my money order and now I have a collection. I was never contacted again so I figured the payment was processed, I have no way of finding this lost money order however I was charged and have the bank statements to prove but the amount doesn’t match what they say I owe in the collection. This is ridiculous now I can’t rent another place without paying that off and I am not paying for it again. Super unprofessional all over a couple of pieces of fruit and a box of eggs I forgot to get.

Love living at Windsor cypress. Property is up kept and always clean. Maintenance are always on top of things. And the manager, Ana is the BEST. She helped me out a lot and made my transition as smooth as possible.

I don't believe that they are. They go based on market rent. I'm not sure if they have any programs in place for income based rent.
