Could be cleaner, but as bus/train stations go, it works! Amtrak service has always been stellar, used to be a dunkin donuts here.

Got to the Amtrak website and they have an app. Go through the booking process to see the price
There is parking but unfortunately it is not free.
You would have to contact either Trailways, Greyhound or Amtrak either directly or online. Amtrak is the most comfortable and not that much more expensive than taking the bus.
