Very straightforward. Food stands were closed in the early morning, but there are vending machines and water available. Dirty restrooms...

Honestly taking a bus can be a good thing or bad thing and the setup here is good. As far as service the staff is knowledgeable and there is a good food court with Subway and Dunkin as well as a travel store if you need last minute sunglasses hair cap smokes watches etc. Large space so you're not on top of others as well and lots of seating.

Yes bus stop open and can book a ticket on site i think there are people attending until 1am
You gotta call or go down there
Yes
I have not seen that but you probably should plan for a hotel or motel near by. The syracuse station is small and I don't think I have ever seen workers to the point where it would be allowed.
I went this month to pick up my grandsons my ticket was $63 round trip. Graynhound bus.
Yes, Greyhound has a regular route from Syracuse to Boston.
You should be able to do so as long as you choose the will call option when u buy the ticket. Hope this helps.
There is no service available for that, but you can take a taxi or an Uber to get there.
I believe so. But at a price. You could always double park for a second, step inside and ask the security guard. They are the ones who come out and tell you to move lol
Yes I believe so. Centro and Bernie bus !
