I am a regular customer here but today I am not sure I will continue to be. I usually use the self check out and the attending cashier always brings me cigarettes with a smile on their face. But today the grumpy looking attendee told me she couldn't leave the area. What changed? So I asked for a manager and put on my red light. Eventually she got my cigarettes. I don't think this woman should be working with the public. She clearly has no customer service skills.

It's been a while since I was in this store and I'm glad we stopped. The store is very clean and a lot of selections for each department. I also liked it because it wasn't so busy that you couldn't enjoy the experience. I am going to start shopping at this Food Lion from now on.
