I like how their MD state inspection service do not need appts unlike the 3 other shops I tried, and it can be done in the same day as long as you arrive early to drop off your vehicle. Also, friendly people, I met Mauricio and the owner Tom today. They dont put pressure on you when you talk to them. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is the best car shop in the Laurel area with their honest prices and exceptional customer service. They also offer military discount. 5 stars!

100% recommend. Brakes failed in Columbia and had it towed to a mechanic up there, and they tried to rip me off. Saved well over a thousand bringing it here, well worth the extra tow. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful.

Brakes went bad with no warning on my company truck, I absolutely needed it fixed ASAP, loosing money every hour it's down. Went to one place nearby and they said $975. Tried another across the street and they said $818. Went to DJ's and they said $500, by this time it's 3:00 Friday afternoon. Got a call back at 5:00 about an exact estimate and by 10:00 the next morning my truck was fixed for half the price as the guys up the street. Friendly, quick, and at an honest price, don't find much of that anymore.

I have been coming to DJ's for years and have recommended it highly to friends and family. Tom and Mauricio are excellent to work with. They are very knowledgeable and serve with integrity. Highly recommend!
