Arrived this morning to be seen and it’s extremely hot. Apparently the AC is not working. As a common courtesy to patients I think phone calls should be made to make us aware of the conditions prior to arrival ..give people an option to decide if they want to wait in a scorching hot room to be seen or reschedule….especially with it being almost 80 degrees today! Please do better next time

They take walk-ins for x-rays but all other procedures require an appointment.
