Was very clean and quite. But as soon as we got a new Park manager she allowed dogs and now there's barking everywhere and dog poop in front of peoples houses. Also, residents cant walk around the neighborhood like before because the dogs end up chasing everyone.

Most if not all of the trailer are privately owned. The trailer park owns the land so you pay a lot rent to the main office. And then rent to the owner of the trailer. Which is usually all included and the trailer owner pays the office. There are rarely ever rentals posted there. They usually own post for sail trailers. But if you don't know anyone out there I would start with the front office.
Near the mall & there is a office on the propeety. Sometimes there are some for rent. Anyone can drive through.
Yes, it has a pool rent is abour $500.00 a monrh.
