My pizza was prepared quickly and accurately. I was able to take it home and is cooked up fast and delicious. I had a thin crust pizza the crust was crispy thin. It had just the right amount of toppings and sauce.

I have not been to this location as I live in Virgina Beach. I love Papa Murphy's. Can someone please tell me why they closed the one in Virginia Beach? It was like 5 minuses from my house, I miss them

Sad to see the va beach location close. This one is too far from me. But most definitely worth a pit stop. Love their pizza and cookie doughs

We love Papa Murphys and try to find one in every location we move to because they are good, fresh and convenient. Placed an online order for 4 pizzas and they were ready at 11am for pickup. We drive 30 minutes to get to this store as the closest location. I prefer to pay in person, for various reasons. American express is not taken, which I wasn't aware of, so I was rudely told my card was declined and they never took it and she can't do anything about it. She was very abrupt and confrontational. Did not offer any other solutions. Pretty much got the "oh well" response. N had a very bad attitude and I'm hoping for this stores sake she was just having a bad day. I did get a docent form of payment but I'm sorry to say we will not be returning when she's working. Super disappointing. I hope you have a better customer service experience.
