Went to second interview. When talking how I got to this point I told them I felt discrimination from other employers when getting to the interview told to walk out because I was not vaccinated. Looks at me and says, “so do we”. I said are you serious or is this a joke. “I am serious, aren’t you vaccinated yet?” No. And walked me out of the building.

What’s the point of having the best amps if you don’t have the power to deliver the equipment on time. NO EXCUSES!!!!

Questions & Answers

On the front panel of my plaer MCD-301, the letters of the Mac Intosh company logo are highlighted unevenly brightly. The letters "Ms I" and "sh" glow brightly, the letters between them - "nto" glow less brightly. It is norma or poor assembly ?

Hi John, We replied to the email you sent support.

When did McIntosh stop producing the MC501amplifier?

Hi Gary, The MC501 was made from April 2003 through Dec, 2010. In response to requests for a unit that fit in more shelves, it was only 14" deep, giving it less square inches of heatsink per watt than many models. In most applications, that is fine, but very hard to drive speakers pushed hard could warm it up. The amp garnered a reputation that it was the best thing since Viagra, due to some very glowing reviews, but in fact, virtually all similar Mc amps were just as amazing sounding at the time. The current MC611, 600 watt Monoblock puts it to shame though. ~ Chuck of McIntosh Tech Support
