Went in severe pain and discomfort. Was told it must have been covid-19 even though I informed them of previous tests I took prior to coming to my apt and was begging them to run bloodwork which they said I should go to my primary care doctor for (who just retired and they knew that). Two days later they called saying covid test was negative, but possibly a false negative! By the end of the week I was rushed and admitted to a hospital nearby for a week and a half for Acute Lyme Myocarditis. Never going back to Lourdes walk-in again. Not everything is covid- because of being neglected I spent countless hours on heart monitors and weeks with a pic line trying to clear up a heart infection. Not to mention the amount of memory loss and loss of physical everyday motions as side effects of being untreated.

Long line out the door. Can't be helped though. Friendly staff. Efficient.

Made an appointment at 5:40 for my 3 year old to be seen. We waited over an hour in waiting room and then another hour in room for a doctor to come in, when she, Molly Geiger did there was absolutely no bedside manner, felt rushed, didn’t listen to my concern. When I asked about stronger topical he used to get she said she would check ( as if she didn’t look at his chart prior to coming in nor did she use the computer in the room). 20 mins later the medical assistant came in and gave discharge papers and said she sent a different different dose. We used to love Lourdes. It’s god awful now. Upon looking at my paperwork she was suppose to send in a referral and did NOT do that.

Absolutely rude staff and act like they’re way too busy to bother with you.

By staying home when you or a loved one is ill and washing your hands regularly, you can help keep yourself and your children healthy.
If you think your child has RSV or bronchiolitis, it is important to keep your child hydrated and monitor for fever or shortness of breath. Contact your child’s doctor, who can test for RSV and provide recommendations to keep your child safe at home. If your child’s health situation is serious or life-threatening, go to the nearest ER or call 911.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.
We are following local and state government and health department guidelines for COVID-19 vaccine distribution. For the first doses of vaccine available, front-line healthcare workers have been prioritized. As vaccine appointments are made available in your community, additional information will be shared.
