This place needs a good amount of TLC. Maintenance is overwhelmed and the office does not typically care about its tenants. It will probably raise its prices soon and remove lower income residents avoid

They're not too bad the residents are fair to get along with some a lot better than others the noise of police fire and ambulance is going up in raytown road is continuous non-stop 24/7 so that can be annoying but also the apartments some are extremely infested with cockroaches and it seems like they can never get rid of them
