This place is horrible. My son moved in 3 weeks ago and he still has no hot water in his kitchen. That is absolutely unacceptable. Their response is they will get to it as soon as possible. How would yall feel if he delayed paying his rent until you guys fixed things in his apartment? You guys have a responsibility to your tenants to fix things in a timely fashion just as they have a responsibility to pay their rent on time. I am 100% sure you guys knew in advance that there was an issue with the water in that kitchen because there was water damage under the sink. The dishwasher smells horrible as well. If things do not change ASAP I am thinking about calling the housing authority and they can deal with them. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a bad feeling about him moving in and wanted him to look elsewhere. Now I know why.

We called and made an appointment for a tour. We had a confirmation email. When we showed up for our appointment the lady at the front said "Um... no you don't. We don't have anything available. I don't know who you talked to." She was very rude, made no effort to help us, and didn't even ask us what we were looking for. If this is the staffing they have then it is not a place that is welcoming or one where I'd want to live. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
